How to properly address rental damage with Boaturu's platform.
As enjoyable as boating is, accidents can happen. Boaturu makes sure our fleet owners and managers get the first say when it comes to reporting and collecting damage. As part of our booking process, we take a security deposit decided by you as a business. This deposit can be drawn from in the case of damage. If damage does occur during a rental, please note the damage in detail on the check-out page. When you note damage, we highly recommend taking photos and adding them to the damage claim.
